MassageSixty or ninety minutes, pressure set by you. Side-lying tables for pregnancy.
AcupunctureA long first visit with questions about sleep, stress and pain, then needles and rest.
CoachingTwelve weeks of calls on the habits you choose: sleep, movement, meals, stress.
Breathwork circleThursdays at 6:30, up to ten people on cushions. Come as you are.

HSA and FSA cards accepted. We don't bill insurance, but we give superbills for acupuncture and massage that some plans reimburse.

Clients come from the North End, Garden City, Meridian and Eagle. Coaching runs by video anywhere in Idaho.
