Four turns we coach

01

After a layoff

Steady your days, sort the money, decide whether to go back or go different.

02

New city

Build a life from zero: friends, routines, a place you belong.

03

Retiring

Forty hours a week to fill, and a sense of purpose to rebuild.

04

Back from leave

Returning to work after a baby, an illness or caregiving.

The coaches

Hands writing in a planner on a wooden desk beside a laptop, a tablet and a cup of coffee

Imani Brooks

ICF PCC · Layoffs and retirement

Ran outplacement programs for a decade before going solo.

An open notebook with handwritten notes and a silver fountain pen resting on the page

Tomas Lindgren

ICF ACC · Relocation and return to work

Moved cities five times in twelve years. Has opinions about it.

Not sure who fits?

We'll tell you honestly

Book the intro call with either of us. If the other coach suits you better, or neither of us does, we'll say so and point you to someone who does.

What we don't do

We're coaches, not therapists. If grief, depression or anxiety is running your days, see a licensed counselor first. In crisis, call or text 988.
