How we charge

Hourly consulting

$125 / hour

Venue shortlists, budget checks, a second opinion on a contract.

Full planning

15% of event budget

Everything from first site visit to final invoice. $4,500 minimum.

Event-day production

$2,800 flat

You booked it, we run it: load-in, timeline, AV cues, teardown.

Vendor invoices come to you directly, with no markup. 25% of the planning fee holds your date; the rest is split across two payments before the event.

No travel fee inside the metro. Duluth, Rochester and Wisconsin venues add mileage and one hotel night.

What we don't take on

Weddings. We'll pass you to two planners we trust.
Events under 40 guests.
Less than six weeks' notice for full planning.
Cancel inside 60 days and the planning fee isn't refunded.
