Proposal overview · Sizzle's Kitchen · Redding, CA

Give every inquiry a clear next step.

Sizzle's already gives food entrepreneurs and event hosts the space to move forward. This proposal adds the system around that space: AI-guided booking, real-time FAQ support, mobile alerts, client follow-up, production-planning prompts, weekly reporting, and community activation — so more people know what to do next and more existing clients have a reason to return.

What this workflow adds

  • AI booking guidance for event-space and kitchen inquiries
  • Real-time FAQ chat so routine questions stop becoming desk work
  • Mobile alerts + email automations so bookings follow the team, not the desk
  • Client re-engagement structure to help more kitchen users come back consistently
The opportunity

The space is valuable. The missing piece is the path.

The goal is not to make Sizzle's feel less personal. It is to make the personal support easier to access and easier to repeat. Right now, a prospective event host or kitchen client may still need a staff member to explain options, answer routine questions, collect details, and follow up. Existing kitchen clients may also know how to rent the space without having a repeatable system for what to produce next, how often to produce it, or how to keep momentum after their first few bookings.

01

Clients can book a kitchen before they have a production rhythm.

We will build an AI-guided planning path that asks practical questions about product, batch size, sales channel, goals, and bottlenecks. The output is a clearer next-session plan and a structured prompt to return — not generic “come back soon” follow-up.

02

Booking questions still create desk time.

We will turn approved Sizzle's information into a guided booking and FAQ experience that helps visitors self-sort, answers common questions, collects the right details, and escalates anything unusual to a real person.

The agent workflow

One connected system from “I have a question” to “here is what happens next.”

The workflow is designed around Sizzle's current business — commercial kitchen rentals, event bookings, community support, and repeat use — rather than adding disconnected software. Each step can trigger the next, while Sizzle's keeps human control over approvals, exceptions, pricing changes, and sensitive questions.

What we build

Four systems working together.

This Development Kit is built to reduce repetitive admin while also helping Sizzle's create a stronger return path for current kitchen clients. It is both a front-door booking system and a retention system.

AI

1. Sizzle's Booking Concierge

A branded agent experience that guides event hosts and kitchen prospects through the right questions before staff steps in.

  • Event vs. commercial kitchen path
  • Date, time, group size, setup, kitchen access and contact details
  • FAQ answers based on Sizzle's approved website information
  • Clear handoff when a question needs a human answer
  • Lead record created for follow-up and reporting
↗

2. Kitchen Client Growth Planner

A separate guided path for existing kitchen clients who need help turning “I have a product” into a repeatable production routine.

  • Product + batch planning prompts
  • Production frequency and next-session goals
  • Simple scale-readiness questions: demand, packaging, channel, margins and bottlenecks
  • Rebooking reminders tied to the client's stated goals
  • Escalation to human resources for permits, food safety, legal or regulated questions
☎

3. Mobile Admin + Reporting Workflow

Sizzle's should not have to sit at a desk to know what is happening. We will route key activity into a phone-friendly workflow.

  • New inquiry and booking alerts
  • Email follow-ups and reminder sequences
  • Lead list + status tracking
  • Daily admin summary when activity occurs
  • Weekly in-person review at Sizzle's Kitchen
◎

4. Local Host Community Retention

People are more likely to return when the kitchen becomes part of their business rhythm — not just a room they rented once.

  • One Local Host meetup hosted each month while the maintenance partnership is active
  • Introductions between Sizzle's kitchen clients, local founders and event hosts
  • Community-facing lead opportunities for future rentals
  • One recurring touchpoint that brings current clients back into the space

Time returned to Sizzle's

Less repeat admin. More time for the restaurant, the brand, and new products.

The point of the workflow is not “AI for AI's sake.” It is to remove the repeatable parts of answering, sorting, updating, and following up so the Sizzle's team can spend more time on the work only they can do: creating, building relationships, developing new food concepts, and growing the space.

Current admin load
14–19 hrs/wk

Time that can disappear into repetitive questions, follow-up, scheduling, reminders, and reporting.

With the managed workflow
≈ 4 hrs/wk

A lighter operational load once the booking, FAQ, notification, and reporting system is in place.

Time returned
10–15 hrs/wk

Equivalent to roughly 40–60 hours each month that can go back into product development and growth.

of repetitive admin could potentially be returned after the workflow stabilizes — enough room to re-invest energy into new menu ideas, packaged products, stronger customer experiences, local partnerships, and the long-term growth of Sizzle's own brand.

From 14–19 hrs/week of repeat admin To approximately 4 hrs/week of active oversight Leaving 10–15 hrs/week back on the table for growth
Illustrative planning estimate, not a guaranteed savings claim. Actual time returned depends on inquiry volume, staff habits, tool adoption, and how much of the workflow Sizzle's chooses to automate.

Questions this answers

What if the AI gets in the way?

The workflow should feel like Sizzle's became easier to reach — not like Sizzle's disappeared behind a robot. These guardrails are part of the build.

Will the agent replace personal service?

No. It handles routine sorting and information first, then hands off questions that need a person. Staff still controls approvals, exceptions and relationship-building.

What if the website information changes?

The ongoing $200 workflow care covers approved FAQ and workflow updates so the agent keeps reflecting Sizzle's current information.

Does Sizzle's need a completely new website?

No. The new landing and agent experience can work as a focused conversion layer alongside the current site. A full rebuild is not required for this proposal.

Will it give legal or food-safety advice?

No. The growth planner can organize operational thinking, but regulated, permit, food-safety, legal and accounting questions are routed to a human or qualified authority.

Do we have to watch another dashboard all day?

No. The system is intentionally designed around alerts, summaries and weekly reporting so Sizzle's can see what matters without living inside a software tool.

How does this help current clients come back?

Instead of only reminding them to book again, the workflow reconnects the next booking to the client's product goal, production plan and community touchpoints.

Ways we can keep building together

The workflow can become the beginning of a larger local growth system.

Once Sizzle's has the operational workflow running, these optional partnership paths can help the kitchen and the businesses inside it become easier to discover, easier to promote, and better equipped with marketing content.
