Each 5 °C below ideal temp adds 15 % time; each 5 °C above subtracts 15 % (clamped 0.5×–2.0×).

Each 5 %H above ideal subtracts 8 %; each 5 %H below adds 8 % (clamped 0.6×–1.5×).

Result clamped to 5–60 minutes.
