For our 1:1 (≈4 min read). Focused on your crew — Andre, April, and Joey Ann. The scoreboard below is pulled fresh from the CMS and reconciled as of Tue Jun 23, ~9pm ET, so it's the live version of the weekly metrics you've been requesting. Coaching notes come from this week's 1:1s. Let's spend most of the 20 minutes on §3 (coaching) and §4 (your workstream).
1 Manila recap — this week
Comp changes are landing. Commissions move quarterly → monthly (Q2 pays out shortly, monthly from Q3); 1% rate holds; anniversary bonuses set at $50/$75/$100 by year (Andre yr 3 = $100 + $25 retro). Mike + Christine finalizing Q2 payout.
New scope rule. Each recruiter stays attached only to jobs where they own the phone screens — everyone can leave the other Slack job channels to cut noise.
CMS is back up, and the "Sent to AM" skill (Ben's) is the interim path for generating submittals. Andre is fully on it; April is getting set up.
New work entering the funnel: Andre is now screening for Freedom Mortgage (Loss Mitigation Closer) and Article Student Living alongside the TCB book; Joey Ann picked up Asset Living maintenance submits.
Hiring pace: holding off on adding Malissa until Joey Ann is fully ramped and you're settled in — onboarding quality first.

Source: CMS recruiter pipeline + future phone screens + projected starts, pulled & reconciled Jun 23. "Active pipeline" = open submits; "in client process" excludes Standby. Phone screens = scheduled Jun 24–26.
The read: April's book is actually the deepest (33 active), but she has 0 new phone screens on the calendar while Andre has 20 — her top-of-funnel has gone quiet even as she works a big existing pipeline. That's the lever to pull this week (see §3).
From the packs you've been getting (confirm/refresh before external use): NPS-by-recruiter (May 18–Jun 17) and the Manila metrics scoreboard (Jun 15–19). Happy to keep generating these — see §4.
3 Coaching focus — your crew
Andre Serrano
Recruiter — sourcing engine
Win: carrying the team — 20 phone screens booked over the next 3 days, 24 candidates in client process, 6 projected starts ($30.3K). His day-before check-in habit is driving the strong show rate.
Focus: have him articulate that show-rate method to April and Joey Ann as a peer-coaching moment; still owes Mike the core-calls prep doc (was Ben's).
April Olea
Recruiter — sourcing
Win: deepest active pipeline (33) with Mikenzie and Terry offers accepted and 3 starts landing; works her existing candidates thoroughly.
Focus #1 — top of funnel: 0 new phone screens scheduled. Keep filling the top, not just working the existing book.
Focus #2 — confirmations: after the Jinka Barrett no-show, lock in the EOD + morning-of confirmation habit and escalate early. Cameron is sharing his confirmation workflow; get her onto the "Sent to AM" skill.
Context: her book skews Medicare (different workflow) — coach against her own trend, not 1:1 vs. Andre.
Joey Ann Estrella
Recruiter — onboarding (wk ~2)
Win: first 2 submits live (Mason Stubbs, Derek White — Asset Living) and her first phone screen booked (Soraya Frederick, 6/24). Strong, eager start.
Focus: confirm Indeed/Claude access is fully set; ramp toward the UMH phone screens (Cameron requested) and AHC dental-assistant sourcing; keep shadowing Andre's calls.
4 Your workstream — for discussion
Standing weekly scoreboard instead of one-off requests.
You've been pulling the metrics/NPS packs manually each week. Proposal: a standing auto-generated Manila scoreboard (this exact view) delivered to you every Monday so you're not requesting it. Confirm the columns you want.
Joey Ann onboarding — who owns what.
Access (Indeed/Claude), call shadowing, and her first phone screens. Propose you + Andre lead day-to-day support; Mike on access. Target: first independent phone screens this week.
April's coaching plan.
Pair the top-of-funnel push with the confirmation workflow. Cameron shares his process; you reinforce daily. Let's agree what "good" looks like by next week (e.g., X new screens booked).
Comp rollout questions for your team.
Monthly commission switch + anniversary bonuses — make sure Andre, April, and Joey Ann understand the change and timing. Flag any questions from them.
