Headline: Find a Medicare-native sales leader who can run the advisor team, present credibly to employers, and build scalable execution — without turning the model into a script-heavy call center.

1 The Assignment

MCG needs a senior leader for its Medicare advisor and sales organization. The prior leader is retiring / exiting, and Brendan wants a high-energy operator who can lead the team day to day, professionalize the sales rhythm, and prepare the organization for larger employer-led enrollment volume.

This is not a President, COO, or pure strategy seat. It is the top sales/advisory leadership role: own advisor performance, training, onboarding, capacity planning, employer enrollment execution, and the operating structure needed to scale.

At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the Medicare and insurance advisory industry. We're currently seeking an experienced Vice President of Medicare Sales to lead and scale a national Medicare advisor team for a growing, employer-focused Medicare advisory organization.

This is a prime opportunity for a high-energy Medicare sales leader who knows how to build, coach, and support consultative advisors in a complex, fast-moving environment. The right candidate will help lead a team that supports employer populations, broker relationships, Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, prescription drug plans, and an expanding set of ancillary products.

This is not a call-center leadership role. The company takes a customized, education-led approach with members, retirees, employers, and broker partners. The ideal candidate brings strong Medicare expertise, polished communication skills, national licensure, and the ability to help a growing advisory team scale without losing its consultative edge.
