Source: CMS get_projected_starts (15 rows) and get_active_jobs (52 rows), reconciled Jul 8 — totals tie out by week, recruiter, and AM. "Starts" = active submits flagged projected, not yet started; fee = invoice amount. One unassigned AM (Gables Residential PM, Elizabeth Hopp, $14.3K) and one no-date submit (UMH Maintenance Tech, Robert Russell Jr, $4.5K, open since May 4) need an owner — see §4.
Other signals from this week's 1:1s (confirm before any external use): Yes Communities' client contact praised the team's work as "nothing but positive." Team also referenced fill-rate, retention, and NPS figures from PSG leadership reporting in passing — those weren't re-derived from CMS this week, so treat as directional only.
4 ISSUES TO SURFACE (IDS)
Headline → root cause → owner. Ranked by dollar / risk.
🎉 Land it: 10 starts / $88.1K in the next 14 days.
4 starts land the week of 7/13 ($25.2K), 6 more the week of 7/20 ($62.9K) — including Jennifer Spiess (Property Manager, $15.75K) and Elizabeth Hopp (Property Manager, $14.25K). Confirm background checks and start logistics are clean on all ten so none slip.
Mike's own exec searches are starved at the top of the funnel. HIGH · $65K
Asset Living SVP Ops (PNW, $23K) and VP Ops (PNW, $17K) each sit at 87 days with just 1 active sub; EVP Affordable Housing (West, $25K) is 86 days with 1 sub. Same pattern as the MCG VP of Medicare Sales search. These three alone represent $65K in fee potential with almost no pipeline behind them. Owner: Mike — needs a sourcing push this week, not just posting.
Aged, high-priority reqs burning spend without converting. HIGH
Eden Housing — Community Manager 3, Quail Run: HIGH priority, 178 days open, only 2 active subs (Jake). UMH — Maintenance Tech, Port Royal: HIGH priority, 161 days, $2,085 spent despite 5 subs (Cameron). Neither is converting — worth a call on re-scope vs. close rather than continuing to spend.
Two starts need an owner assigned this week.
Elizabeth Hopp (Gables Residential, Property Manager, $14.25K, offer accepted) has no account manager assigned in CMS. Robert Russell Jr (UMH, Maintenance Tech, $4.5K) has been in "Projected Start" since May 4 with no confirmed start date. Both need an owner before next week's scorecard.
Low-priority reqs still burning budget with zero traction.
B.HOM — Leasing Manager, Square on 5th: LOW priority, 138 days, $1,030 spent, 0 active subs. University Partners — both Tempe reqs (ACM + Leasing Mgr): 21 days, $255 each spent, 0 subs — tied to the carryover item above; Robbie is checking with the client. GoldOller — Regional Manager (Richmond): LOW priority, Client Pause, $100 spent, 0 subs, 113 days. Decide: keep the spend running, or pause until there's real signal.
TCB retention concern — reference-check rollout.
Jake's TCB contact raised retention concerns about Percy candidates. Four reference checks are already circulating informally (GoldOller, RHP, TCB, Asset Living). Worth deciding today whether to formalize this as a standard step in the process before it becomes a bigger relationship risk with our biggest client.
Tooling & continuity carryover.
Joey Ann's Indeed outbound access — unresolved for a third week (Mike). Jake on PTO Jul 9–13 — confirm verbal handoffs happened, not just written docs. Weidner relocation listing + Jake's LinkedIn post due Jul 10–11. Commission/attrition history still needs sign-off with Christine before communicating the new no-clawback policy team-wide.
